Google rachète Jaiku... et Zingku !
Jaiku, site de microblogging concurrent de Twitter, vient de se faire racheter par Google.
Le montant de la transaction (sans doute échange/rachat d'actions?) n'a pas été dévoilé.
On le sait, Google essaie depuis un moment de faire quelque chose dans les réseaux sociaux.
Cette acquisition pourrait lui permettre de créer des synergies avec sa future plateforme communautaire.
Jaiku est connu pour avoir une architecture plus poussée pour le mobile (que Twitter).
C'est sans doute la raison pour laquelle Google a choisi cette plateforme plutôt que l'autre, pourtant reconnue comme leader.
La récente acquisition de Zingku laisse penser que Google investit dans le média mobile également.
